摘要
目的:研究海南狗牙花的化学成分。方法:采用多种柱层析方法分离和纯化化合物,用光谱方法确定化合物的结构。结果:分离得到10个化合物,其化学结构鉴定为:8-羟基-6-甲氧基-3-正戊基异香豆素(1),环阿尔廷醇(2),23-环木菠萝烯-3β,25-二醇(3),钝叶甾醇(4),α-香树脂醇(5),α-香树脂醇乙酸酯(6),11-氧代-α-香树脂醇乙酸酯(7),β-香树脂醇乙酸酯(8),豆甾醇(9),[24S]-豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(10)。结论:化合物1,4,9和10为首次从该植物中分得。化合物1和4为首次在该属植物中发现。
AIM: To study the chemical constituents of Ervatamia hainanensis. METHODS: Chemical constituents were isolated by various column chromatographic techniques and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. RESULTS: Ten compounds were obtained from Ervatamia hainanensis and identified as 8-hydroxy-6-methoxy-3- n-pentylisocoumarin (1), cycloartenol, (2) cycloart-23-ene-3β, 25-diol (3), obtusifoliol (4), α-amyrin (5), α-amyrin acetate (6), 11-oxo-cz-amyrin acetate (7), β-amyrin acetate (8), stigmasterol (9), stigmasta-4-en-3-one (10), respectively. CONCLUSION: Compounds 1, 4, 9 and 10 have been isolated from this plant for the first time, and compounds 1 and 4 have been first obtained from Ervatamia genus.
