整合素α_vβ_3在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨整合素vα3β在乳腺癌中的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学法(S-P法)检测整合素vα3β在62例乳腺癌中的表达。结果:研究发现在乳腺癌组织中整合素vα3β表达上调,随着肿瘤的增大其表达明显上调,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:整合素vα3β在乳腺癌的发生、发展及恶性进展过程中起重要作用。
