Investigations on Employment of the Land-lost Peasants in the Urbanization Process

随着我国城市化进程的加快,失地农民不断增加。有效解决失地农民的就业问题,是关系到我国社会未来走势的一个战略问题。失地农民的性别、年龄、文化程度及所在地区的经济水平都与就业状况存在着一定的关系,因此,必须采取多种措施进行妥善解决。

As land-lost peasants increasing with the acceleration of the urbanization process in our country, effectively solving the problems of employment of the land-lost peasants has become a strategic issue, which concerns with the trend of our country in the future. The investigation of 28 provinces, cities and areas shows that there is certain relationship between employment and land-lost peasants＇ gender, age, education background and economic condition in their living regions. According to the current problems of employment of the land-lost peasants in our country, we must adopt varied measures to settle it nicely.
