摘要
采用小光栏、窄狭缝进行原子发射光谱分析测定地质样品中的微量钥比用现行发射光谱法分析铝的技术条件所获得的分析结果准确度高,分析含量范围大,方法简便、快速、成本低,可成功地用于大批量地质样品中(互~200)X10-'铝的测定。
A new method of determination of micro Molybdenum by AES(atomic emissionspectroscopy)has a low background and obtained high accuracy, precision and sensitivity. Themethod has been applied to the determination of micro Molybdenum in the geological sampleswith satisfactory result.
