摘要
目的建立脑通灵颗粒中盐酸小檗碱薄层扫描法的含量测定方法.方法甲苯-三氯甲烷-乙酸乙酯-甲醇-甲酸(2∶3∶4∶2.5∶2)为展开剂,荧光检测波长λS=366nm,狭缝宽度:0.4mm×0.4mm;线性化参数SX=3.结果盐酸小檗碱在0.08~1.00μg范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=165.41X-89.493,相关系数r=0.999,平均回收率为97.1%,RSD=0.872%(n=5).测得三批样品中盐酸小檗碱的含量分别为26.3、24.9、25.5mg/袋.结论该方法简便、准确,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法.
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determining berberine hydrochloride in Naotongling Granules by TLCS. METHODS Methylbenzene-- chloroform-- ethyl acetate--methanol--formic acid(2 : 3 : 4 : 2. 5 : 2) was used as developer,and fluorimetry wavelength was 366nm,slit width..0. 4mm × 0. 4mm,linearization parameter : SX= 3. RESULTS The linear range of berberine hydrochloride was within 0.08- 1.00ug, the regression equation was Y = 165.41 X -89. 493, r = 0. 999, average recovery was 97.1%, RSD =0. 872% ( n = S);The content of berberine hydrochloride in three sample was 26.3mg, 24. 9mg,25.5mg per pouch. CONCLUSION This method was simple and accurate. It could be used for quality control of the production.
