摘要
针对十里泉发电厂300MW机组给水泵前置泵推力轴承前置泵轴头润滑油泵不上油、骨架油封损坏、润滑油滤网鼓裂、油质脏造成推力瓦划伤、乌金脱落等故障进行了创新设计及改造。给出了改造方案及效果。
In light of the problems such as failure in oil supply, skeleton oil seal damage, oil filter drum crack, as well as thrust tilts scratches, dark metal loss fault caused by oily dirt, innovative design and reconstruction were implemented. Reconstruction scheme and effects were given.
