采用上海科盛公司固定密封VDF(双密封)技术,根据预热器热态变形和多道密封减少漏风机理,对空气预热器密封系统进行了改造:将转子24分仓改为48分仓,改造三向密封、固定扇形板和弧形板,更换换热元件。改造后取得了预期效果。
