直升机整流罩锁紧机构的运动学研究

摘要 整流罩是直升机机体的重要组成部分,整流罩的安装质量直接影响飞行安全,其锁紧机构成为整流罩装置的关键部件.文中按照舱门锁工作机理,提出了整流罩锁紧机构的设计方案.叙述了锁紧机构的摆动锁紧原理,建立了整流罩锁紧机构调整螺钉端头的运动轨迹方程,利用工程软件Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire3.0对整流罩锁紧机构进行三维实体零件造型和装配,装配结果表明无干涉现象.建立了锁紧机构的运动学方程,并进行了运动仿真分析,验证了整流罩锁紧机构的可靠性. The helicopter dome is an important part and its assembly precision directly affects the flying safety, so its locking machine becomes the key part. In this paper, according to the port lock working theory, the design scheme on helicopter dome locking machine was put forward. The locking machine theory was recounted and sport trace equation of adjusting bolt head was established. By using of Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire3.0 software, three - dimension entity parts sculpt and virtual assembly were put up and its assembly results have no interference phenomenon. Kinematics equation of dome locking machine was set up and the sport simulation was put up. The simulation results can validate reliability of dome locking machine.
