摘要
针对某钢厂冷轧酸轧机组活套绳轮开裂事故,采用有限元法对绳轮进行了非线性接触分析,并采用疲劳强度理论对其进行强度校核,找出了事故原因,对绳轮进行了优化设计,改进后的绳轮投入使用运行良好,至今未发生开裂故障。
Aiming at solving the problem about the rope pulley damage of a cold - rolled mill. There was a non - linear contact analysis on the rope pulley by the finite element method. Checking the strength of the rope pulley by fatigue theory. The cause of the accident has been finded out. And the rope pulley was optimized. Improved pulley works well. There is no accident occurred.
