摘要
对刮板输送机在倾斜条件下使用时容易出现的联接耳断裂,哑铃销拉断、拉长问题进行了分析,提出了除适度加强联接耳及哑铃销强度外,在中部槽下增设防滑板,减小联接耳、销、十字接头之间的配合间隙,进而缩小定位误差,减小角度偏差,减小对联接耳的侧向力F,在井下使用时,注意液压支架与输送机之间的防滑装置的使用与联接。
The problems prone to occur to push conveyor in a sloping environment are analyzed, such as broken of connecting lugs, snapping of dumbbell shaped cotter and stretch. Puts forward several measures to solve the above- listed problems. Besides moderate enhancement of connecting lugs and dumbbell shaped cotter, the measures also include installing skip prevention plate, reducing inter space formed between connecting lugs, cotters and cruciform joints. Such measures could reduce inaccurate location, angle deviation and side force F exerted on connecting lugs. Attention should be given to the appropriate use and joining of skip prevention equipment between hydraulic pressure support and push conveyor in an underground working environment.
