摘要
钢球磨煤机制粉系统是一典型的多变量大时滞非线性时变系统,各控制量之间存在着严重的耦合,针对这些特性,利用多变量预测控制算法对球磨机进行了仿真研究。结果表明,预测控制能有效地解除变量间的强耦合和大时滞问题,提高了球磨机的可靠性和经济性。
The ball mill pulverizing system is a typical multivariable coupling system with large time delays. Based on the present situation of ball mills, a simulation used the multivariable predictive control strategy was studied. The simulation results show that the predictive control can effectively resolve the strong coupling and large time delays problems. The control strategy improves the reliability and economics of the ball mill.
