摘要
随形阵列是一种高效建模技术。利用SolidWorks平台阐述随形阵列的基本原理和设计方法。随形阵列必须依靠尺寸驱动来实现,驱动尺寸包括"数值"和"关系"2种,"数值"共享使多个尺寸联动,"关系"进而驱动尺寸,添加构造线辅助实体形状的变化,数值链接、构造线、几何约束三者相互补充和完善,从而创建出更复杂的阵列特征。在产品结构设计中广泛使用高阶建模技术,可以大大加速及优化产品设计。
Varying pattern is an efficient modeling technology. The basic principles and "design methods of varying pattern by using SolidWorks are introduced mainly. Varying pattern must be driven by dimensions. Driving dimensions include "values" and "relations", shared "values" allow multiple dimensions linkage, "relations" drive dimensions, auxiliary construction lines added to help the change of model shape, dimensions linkage, construction lines and relations restraints supplement and refine each other to establish more complicated features of varying pattern. If these high - level features could be effectively mastered, the product designs could be greatly speeded up and optimized.
