摘要
以MGTY300系列电牵引采煤机为例,分析了电牵引采煤机液压调高系统的结构组成和各液压元件的作用,阐述了电牵引采煤机液压调高系统常见故障产生的原因和处理方法,总结了液压调高系统判断故障的一般方式、排除故障的一般步骤和原则。
An example of the MGTY300 series eleetrieal traction shearer is given. The struetural eomposition of the hydraulic system for height adjustment and the function of the hydraulic component in MGTY300 eleetrieal traetion shearer are analyzed. Expatiated the eausation and resolvent of the familiar fault occurred in the hydranlie system for height adjustment in MGTY300 electrical traction shearer through analyzing the function of hydraulic components. Lastly, summarized the commonly method of broken- down judgment, the eornmonly step and prineiple of broken - down elimination in the hydranlie system for height adjustment in MGTY300 eleetrical traetion shearer.
