摘要 在分析原有高炉送风系统故障诊断方法所存在缺陷的基础上,提出了一种改进的灰色关联度计算方法,并成功地应用于系统的故障模式识别。该方法先以空间向量夹角的余弦来衡量比较序列之间的局部相似性,然后以局部相似性的平均值衡量比较序列之间的整体相似性,从而克服了原有灰色关联度计算过程中所存在的固有缺点。实践证明,该方法计算简单、计算量小、诊断结果更符合实际。 Through analyzing the defeets of former faults diagnosis method of blast furnace fan, a new modified calculation method of grey relationship degree is presented and applied to identify the faults patterns of the system sueeessfully. In this method, the holistie similarity among the eompared sequenees is disassembled to several loeal similarities and expressed by the average of these local similarities. For local similarity, it is calculated by the formula of the cosine of vector angle. Through this method, some nature defeets of former calculation are overcome. It is verified by practicing this method has following advantages: simpleness, time saving and credible diagnosis results.
