关于强化高职学生行为规范教育的思考

On the Strengthening of the Behavioral Norms Education of the Students in Vocational Technology Institute

高职学生中存在的不良行为习惯影响了高职院校的学风、校风,也危及到高职教育的人才培养质量,强化高职学生的行为规范教育十分必要。其途径主要是:加强教育,让学生明白养成良好的行为规范的意义,从思想上解决问题;营造和谐温馨的校园环境,通过环境促进学生的行为规范;严格管理,健全规章制度,通过纪律约束学生的行为。

The malpractice of students in vocational technology school affects the style of study, the school discipline and does harm to the quality of the cultivated students in vocational technology schools. It is therefore of great significance to strengthen the behavior norms education of students from vocational technology schools. The major means to strengthen the behavioral norms education are： to strengthen education, making students aware of the significance of the cultivating good behavioral habits; to create a cozy and harmonious campus environment, promoting students to take initiative efforts to behave themselves; to carry out strict management, making a complete and scientific regulation system to confine students behaviors.
