介绍了一种利用高速单片机C8051F021组成的高精度温度控制系统,阐述了系统的工作原理、设计及实现。系统利用电桥采样温度值,使用PID算法进行闭环控制,输出脉冲调制波,经滤波后转换为电流信号控制晶闸管调温模块,达到精确调节温度的目的。实际应用表明系统结构简单、性能可靠、控制精度高、实用性强。
Introduced a high precision temperature control system which is constituted by a high speed micro - chip C8051F021, described the principle and the design of this system. The system samples temperature with electrical bridge, implements a digital PID feedback control, output PWM waveforms, and changes into current to control the SCR, so that it can adjust the temperature. The practical application indicates that the system is simple, reliable performance, high precision and practicable.
