摘要
通过数值模拟分析了不同应变率对铸铁材料的影响规律。在数值模拟过程中采用Cockroft-Latham断裂标准来实现铸铁材料冲击作用下发生剪切破坏过程。模拟结果与实验结果比较吻合,证明了有限元模型的正确性,并采用二维正交切削有限元模型对铸铁材料高速切削过程进行了数值模拟研究。
The law of the different stain rate on the cast iron has been analyzed through simulation. In the simulation, the criterion of Cockroft - Latham is used to realize the crack of specimen. The results of simulation agree well with the results of experiment. It proved that the finite element model is correct. The high speed cutting process of cast iron has been simulated using the orthogonal finite element model.
