摘要
运用有限元软件ANSYS,对某大型电厂300 MW机组电除尘器壳体钢结构的立柱及相关构件建立有限元模型,分析了墙板作用下立柱的稳定性能以及喇叭负压作用下立柱的受力性能。结果表明:墙板及加强肋可以较好地避免立柱发生弱轴方向的整体失稳;负压作用对喇叭的应力变形影响较大,而对连接喇叭的立柱影响较小。
A finite element model of the vertical prop and related components of steel shell structure is established for a large - scale electric dust precipitator with finite element software ANSYS. The stability performance of the vertical prop under wall panel action and the beating capacity under negative pressure of the speaker are analyzed. The calculation results show that the wall panel and stiffeners can be used to avoid overall instability of vertical prop in the weak axis direction, and the negative pressure has larger effect on the stress and deformation of the speaker than the vertical prop which connects with the speaker.
