摘要
主要对液压支架钢材WH80的焊接性能进行了分析,通过手工焊条电弧焊拉伸和弯曲试验、斜y坡口焊接裂纹试验和焊接热影响区最高硬度试验,表明WH80钢具有良好的焊接性能,可以作为液压支架选用材料。
Mainly has carried on the analysis to the welding performance of steel WH80 used in the hydraulic pressure support, through the stretch and the bend experiment of manual welding rod arc welding, the slanting y bevel weld crack experiment and the highest hardness experiment in welding heat - affected zone. It is indicated that the WH80 steel has a good welding performance, and the hydraulic pressure support may select the material.
