摘要
磁研磨法是利用磁场中的磁力线,将磁极间的磁性研磨粒子结合成具有一定刚性的磁性磨粒刷。将工件插入此工作区域内,磁力刷随工件形状的改变而改变,压附在工件表面,对复杂形状的工件表面进行全方位抛光处理。磁性材料工件、非磁性材料工件及微型工件在磁场中表现出不同特性。以阶梯轴为例对磁力研磨特性进行了探讨。
Magnetic grinding method is the use of the magnetic line of force, magnetic abrasive particle between magnetic poles will be jointed into a certain rigid magnetic abrasive brush. Inserting the work into the magnetic region, the shape of magnetic brush will be changed with the shape of the piece and attached to the workpiece surface, so the surface of complex workpiece can be all polished. Magnetic workpiece, non - magnetic material workpiece in the workpiece and micro - magnetic field showed different characteristics. Magnetic grinding characteristics of stepped- axis is discussed.
