摘要
通过对西安国贸中心大楼基坑开挖及施工过程中相邻建筑物的变形研究,探讨了沉降监测技术方案、监测数据分析与处理方法,得出了该工程施工对相邻建筑物影响规律。提出了建筑场地基坑开挖时采用支护结构及降低地下水位应缓慢进行的方案。
By research on the foundation excavation of the main building of Xi'an International Trade Centre and the deformation survey of its surrounding buildings under its construction,the technological plan of surveying earth subsidence and the method of the data analysis and processing are discussed and the influnce regularity of its engineering construction on neighbouring buildings is obtained.The plan that the prop framework is applied to decrease the deformation of the buildings, and the groundwater level must be slowly degraded in foundation excavating is put forward.
