摘要
采用Muraki甲醇-丙酮溶剂分级沉淀法,将自制降解壳聚糖按不同平均分子量分离。采用还糖法测定各降糖的平均分子量,并分别用于亚麻织物染前表面阳离子化预处理。试验结果表明,经降解后平均分子量为1100左右的壳聚糖处理后,亚麻织物上染率提高显著,日晒牢度、水洗牢度和撕破强力均有所提高。
Degraded chitosan was divided into three levels with different average molecular weight By methanol-acetone solvent fractionation method of Muraki. Average molecular weight was determined by reducing sugar method. Pretreatment of linen fabric prior to reactive dyeing was carried out with degraded chitosan. Results showed that linen fabric treated with degraded chitosan with average molecular weight of 1100 featured increased dyeing rate, better color fastness to light and washing, as well as tearing strength.
