E2F-1与肾脏疾病的研究进展

摘要 各种肾脏疾病的发生、发展都与其固有细胞增殖、肥大、凋亡或分化转型有关,从而导致各种肾脏疾病的发生、发展,最终引起肾衰竭甚至癌变。无论何种病因其调控皆发生于细胞周期水平,细胞周期中各种调节蛋白异常都可能影响肾脏疾病的进展和预后。转录因子1(E2F-1)与肾固有细胞增殖、凋亡、衰老及癌变有关。探讨其在肾脏细胞周期调控机制,为寻求肾脏疾病的治疗靶点提供帮助。 The genesis and development of kinds of renal disease are all related to its intrinsic cells about proliferation,hypertrophy,apoptosis or transconformation, which will then not only result in the genesis and development of kinds of diseases, but also will result in renal failure and even canceration. No matter what is its reason, the regulation occurs in the level of cell cycle. The abnormality of kinds of regulatory proteins during cell cycles can all affect the progress and prognosis of renal diseases. Transcription factor E2F 1 is related to the cell proliferation, apoptosis, aging and canceration of renal intrinsic cells. To debate its regulatory mechanism during renal cell cycle will provide therapeutic target for renal diseases.
