摘要
肿瘤的发生是细胞增殖与凋亡失衡所致。一旦发生凋亡抑制,细胞得以生存和增殖,最终就会导致肿瘤的发生。目前已证实,许多恶性肿瘤的发生发展与细胞凋亡关系密切。Livin是最近发现的凋亡抑制蛋白家族的新成员,通过死亡受体、线粒体等途径参与细胞凋亡的调节。Livin在许多肿瘤组织高表达,且在肿瘤的发生、发展和复发耐药中发挥重要作用,减少其表达为抗肿瘤治疗提供一条新途径。
The genesis of tumor often results from the imbalance between cell proliferation and apoptosis. Once the apoptosis is inhibited, the ceils will be survival and has proliferation, which will then result in the gensis of tumor. Recent data showed that the genesis and development of many malignant tumors had close relationship with cell apoptosis. Livin is the new member of inhibitor of apoptosis proteins family recently found,which can take part in the apaptotic regulation by the pathway of death receptor, mitochondri- a and so on. Livin has high expression in many tumors and plays an important role in the genesis and development of tumor and its recurrence and drug fast. Decreasing the expression of Livin will provide a new therapeutic pathway for tumor therapy.
