摘要 直接静脉注射挥发性吸入麻醉药可导致动物或人的组织器官严重损害甚至死亡,而乳化挥发性吸入麻醉药可产生良好的麻醉作用且不良反应小。乳化异氟醚作为一种新型的静脉全麻药,直接静脉注射可获得确切的可逆性麻醉作用,其MAC静脉<MAC吸入(MAC:最低肺泡有效浓度),兼具静脉和吸入麻醉的特点,其惟一的不良反应是药物意外渗漏致注射部位导致的皮肤轻度溃疡。 Direct injection with volatile inhalation anesthetics may cause serious damage in tissues and organs of animal or human, even death, while direct IV injection with volatile anesthetics may cause ideal anesthetic effects with little side effects. As a new intravenous anesthetics, emulsified isoflurane by direct IV in jection may result in exact reversible anesthetic action, whose intravenous minimum alveolar concentration (MAC) is less than its inhalation MAC. Emulsified isoflurane by direct IV injection has been demonstrated to have the advantages of both intravenous and inhalation anesthesia, the only side effect of which is site mild skin ulcer resulted from accidental leakage of anesthetics.
