摘要
目的:制备丹参酮脂质体并测定含量及包封率。方法:采用蒸发超声法制备丹参酮脂质体,高效液相色谱法检测丹参酮含量及包封率。结果:色谱条件下丹参酮与辅料、溶剂峰分离良好,丹参酮在5.0-50μg/mL范围内线性关系良好。3组丹参酮脂质体包封率分别为96.28%,96.75%,97.22%。结论:丹参酮脂质体制备工艺可行,质量控制方法简单、准确。
Objective: To prepare and determination of content and entrapment efficiency of Salviol liposome. Methods: Salviol liposome was prepared by evaporating and ultrasound method, determined the concentration and the entrapment efficiency of Hydroquinone liposome by HPLC. Results: Salviol had a good linear relation in a range of 5.0-50.0 txg/mL. The entrapment efficiency of Salviol liposome in three groups reached 96.28%, 96.75%, 97.22% respectively. Conclusion: The technique of preparing Salviol liposome was feasible and the method of quality control was simple and accurate.
