Determination of Paeoniflorin in Egui-Yangxue Granule by HPLC

目的:建立阿归养血颗粒中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相法测定阿归养血颗粒中芍药苷含量,色谱柱:Diamonsil C1(8 4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.05%磷酸(16∶84);检测波长:230 nm;流速:1 mL/min。结果:芍药苷在92.5-740 ng范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.32%。结论:该方法简便可行、重复性好,可作为阿归养血颗粒质量评价的依据。

Objective：To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Paeoniflorin in Egui-yangxue Granule. Methods： Diamonsil C18（4.6 mm×250 mm）column was used, the mobile phase was a mixed liquid with acetonitrile-0.05%H3PO4（16：84）. The detection wavelength was at 230 nm and the flow rate was 1mL/min. Resuhs：A good linearity of Paeoniflorin was in the range of 92.5-740 ng and the average recovery was 99.32%. Conclusion： The method is rapid, sensitive and accurate. It can be used to control the quality of Egui yangxue Granule.
