Determination of Ephedrina in Qianbo Rhinitis Capsule with HPLC Method

目的:建立用高效液相色谱法测定千柏胶囊中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。方法:采用HPLC色谱法测定,色谱柱:DiamonsilC18(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸(5︰95);检测波长:207 nm;流速:1.0 mL/min;柱温:25℃。结果:线性范围为33.58-268.64 ug/mL;r=0.9997;平均回收率为98.89%,RSD%为0.69%。结论:本法简便、灵敏、准确。

Objective： To establish HPLC method for the determination of ephedrina in Qianbo Rhinitis Capsule. Methods： The chromatographic conditions consisted of the chromato bar of Diamonsil C18 （5 μm,250 minx4.6 mm） with mobile phase composed of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid（5：95） at the detection wavelength of 207 nmm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, column temperature was 25 ℃. Results： The linear range was 33.58-268.64μg/mL;r=0.9997; the average recovery was 98.89% with RSD% of 0.69%. Conclusion： The method was simple, sensitive, accurate.
