摘要
目的:研究姜黄连饮片的最佳炮制工艺。方法:通过正交试验法,用高效液相色谱测定小檗碱含量为指标。结果:优选出最佳工艺为:取黄连饮片加20%姜汁闷润,待姜汁被吸尽后,置烘箱中烘制,温度100℃,时间90 min,取出,放凉。结论:该法为姜黄连饮片炮制可行的方法。
Objective: To study the best technique for preparing Rhizoma Coptidis. Methods: Through orthogonal design, using HPLC to determinate the content of Berberine as the investigate target. Results: The best preparative technics is satisfied with some conditions as follows: Rhizoma Coptidis adding amount of 20% juice of ginger mixed thoroughly, baking at 100℃,for 90min. Conclusion: The method is reasonable.
