正交设计法优选姜黄连炮制工艺研究

Study on Processing Technology of Rhizoma Coptidis with Orthogonal Experimental Design

目的:研究姜黄连饮片的最佳炮制工艺。方法:通过正交试验法,用高效液相色谱测定小檗碱含量为指标。结果:优选出最佳工艺为:取黄连饮片加20%姜汁闷润,待姜汁被吸尽后,置烘箱中烘制,温度100℃,时间90 min,取出,放凉。结论:该法为姜黄连饮片炮制可行的方法。

Objective： To study the best technique for preparing Rhizoma Coptidis. Methods： Through orthogonal design, using HPLC to determinate the content of Berberine as the investigate target. Results： The best preparative technics is satisfied with some conditions as follows： Rhizoma Coptidis adding amount of 20% juice of ginger mixed thoroughly, baking at 100℃,for 90min. Conclusion： The method is reasonable.
