摘要
目的:研究虎归健骨酒对大鼠的抗炎、镇痛作用。方法:将合格的实验小鼠、大鼠均分为5组:正常对照组、阳性药物组、虎归健骨酒高、中、低剂量组;观察各组对小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性,对角叉菜胶所致大鼠足跖肿胀的影响,醋酸致痛小鼠扭体次数,热刺激小鼠疼痛反应的影响等。结果:虎归健骨酒高、中两个剂量组(8.8 g/kg、4.4 g/kg)对醋酸引起的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高有明显的抑制作用,能显著降低醋酸致痛小鼠扭体的次数,提高小鼠对热板法的痛阈,但低剂量组(2.2 g/kg)作用不明显;虎归健骨酒高、中两个剂量组(6.0 g/kg、3.0 g/kg)对角叉菜胶所致大鼠足跖肿胀也有显著的抑制作用。结论:药效学试验结果表明虎归健骨酒具有明显的抗炎、镇痛作用,为临床应用虎归健骨酒提供了实验依据。
Objective:To study the anti-inflammation and analgesic effect of Hugui Jiangu Wine . Methods: All qualified mice or rats were averagely divided into five groups: normal group, drugs group, the high, middle and low dose groups of Hugui Jiangu Wine. These targets, such as capillary permeability, the effects on swell of voix pedis caused by carrageenan; rats'stretching times caused by acetic acid, the effect on pain reaction because of heat stimulation, were observed. Results: The high and middle dose groups of Hugui Jiangu Wine(8.8 g/kg, 4.4 g/kg) had obvious depressant effects on the increasing of capillary permeability of rats' belly cavity, which caused by acetic acid, and could reduce rats' stretching times and increase pain threshold of the rats in the experiment of hot plate method; but these were no obvious in low dose group(2.2 g/kg). The high and middle dose groups of Hugui Jiangu Wine(6.0 g/kg, 3.0 g/kg) had obvious depressant effects on the swell of rats' voix pedis, which caused by caeeageenan. Conclusion: The pharmacodynamic experiment indicate that Hugui Jiangu Wine had a obvious anti-inflammation and analgesic effect, that supply experimental evidence for its clinical application.
