浴舒洗液抗炎镇痛作用的实验研究

Experimental Study on the Anti-inflammation and Analgesic Effect of Yushu Solution

目的:观察浴舒洗液对大、小白鼠的局部抗炎镇痛作用。方法:取小鼠、大鼠使其创伤,用不同剂量的浴舒洗液涂患处,观察伤口愈合程度。结果:浴舒洗液能较好地抑制二甲苯引起的小鼠耳缘肿胀,对角叉菜等引起的大鼠足趾肿胀有一定的抑制作用,能提高小鼠耐热痛阈率。结论:浴舒洗液具有较好的抗炎镇痛作用。

Objective： To observe the local anti-inflammation and analgesic effect of Yushu solution on rats and mice. Methods： The rats and mice, which were wound , were treated by smearing the solution to wound, and obervering the intention. Results： Yushu solution could effectively inhibit swell around of rats＇ear caused by xylene, with a certain inhibitiory action on the swell of rats＇ toe caused by carrageen, imporving pain threshold for the tolerant to heat in rats. Conclusion： Yushu solution has a good anti-inflammation and analgesic effect.
