摘要
本文详细介绍了深圳规划大厦的结构设计,包括地基与基础处理、结构体系与计算分析以及关键技术的解决方案。针对楼板多处开大洞、上下楼层柱网变化、以及大跨度等技术问题,结构设计分别采用局部转换和预应力技术,以满足建筑功能要求。此外,利用搭接柱转换,解决不同柱网尺寸转换,又满足建筑净空要求。对于超高跃层柱采用芯柱措施,以弥补抗震性能延性差的缺点。最后,针对剪力墙和框架柱采用清水混凝土施工工艺,给予相应的处理措施。针对具体问题,在满足现行规范规定的前提下,灵活采用合理有效的结构方案,实现建筑专业复杂多变的功能要求,是结构设计面临的一个新课题。通过对本工程结构设计论述,供同类工程借鉴。
The structure design about the Planning Building in Shenzhen, including the design of foundation, structure system project, calculating analyses and key techniques are introduced in this paper. Due to the architectural functional requirement, aiming to the biggish hole in floor, the different size of column grids and large span, the technique of local transform and prestressed concrete are adopted separately. Furthermore, conversion column bracket is utilized to the transformation of different column grids, which is satisfied with net height. The measure of core column is adopted to superhigh column, in order to making up the ductility of aseismic performance. Finally, the corresponding method is chosen to construction technics of as-cast-finish concrete for shearwall and frame column. It is a new task for structure design to choose reasonable and effective design project to realize the complex and diverse function requirement of building on the premise of recent code. The structure design is expatiated in the article expatiate just for reference.
