摘要 用变量叶片京代替齿轮泵作重型工程机械和矿山机械的转向油泵,能较好地满足平稳转向的稳流要求。本文阐述了该泵的稳流原理,推导了稳流泵的流量公式。该系在转速变化很大(500~2200r/min)的条件下,其流量增长率小于15%,这一稳流特性,正是转向用油泵的理想需求。 The requirement of consistant flow for steering can be better met with variable displacement vane pump as the steering oil pump of heavy engineering machinery of mining equipment instead of gear pump. This paper described the consistant flow principle of the pump and derived the flow equation of consistant flow pump,As the pump varys in RPM considerably (500~ 2200rpm), the growth rate of its flow is less than l5 %. This characteristic of consistant flow is highly desiral,le for steering oil pump.
