摘要
通过对鸭血抗凝试验、溶血试验、丙酮萃取试验、蒸发结晶等多参数进行研究,比较了水溶胀法、氯仿法以及超声波法对红细胞的溶血效果,以盐酸丙酮配比以及与溶血液体积比对鸭血中血红素提取的影响,确立了鸭血抗凝、超声波红细胞溶血、盐酸丙酮萃取、丙酮真空蒸馏回收等最佳方法,形成了鸭血血红素高产量、短周期提取工艺,有利于鸭血深加工的规模化生产。
