The authors described the meehanism and rerjuirement of chemical blistering for emulsion explosive,discussed main factors affecting chemical blistering effect and developed a new blistering technology for fixed temperature,fixed quantity and fixed time blistering with a blistering paste. The advantages of the new technology are that the explosive with good performance and long shelf-life can be directly pached without insulation or drop of temperature during production.
