造纸企业过程数据实时发布系统的研究与开发

Research and development of process data real-time release system in the papermaking enterprise

控制网络与信息网络的隔离严重制约了造纸企业的信息共享和集中管理.针对这种现象,结合国内某造纸企业现状,围绕信息获取、处理、存储和表达,研究并开发了基于过程实时数据的Web发布系统.基于J2EE理念,系统采用流行的MVC模式和开放的Struts框架,同时结合JavaApplet动态载入实时数据图像,并配合Ajax技术的后端机制,搭建健壮、高效和安全的数据发布服务.该系统已在浙江省某造纸企业成功投入运行.

Serious Separation between control network and information network induces difficulty in information sharing and centralize management in the papermaking enterprises. According to the current situation of papermaking enterprise, the process date real-time release system is researched and developed based on accessing, processing, storing and presenting data. The proposed system is developed on Java platform and adopts MVC model and Struts architecture. The real-time data graphics are loaded with Java Applet dynamically. The robust, efficient and safe services of data release are built with Ajax technology. The system has been applied in a paper making enterprises in Zhejiang Province successfully.
