基于形觉敏感性评价模型的成人弱视优化训练方法 被引量:1

摘要 通过视知觉感知学习训练,可以在一定程度上提高成人弱视患者的对比敏感度和视觉敏锐度,从而改善视觉缺损状况.为了优化成人弱视感知学习训练的过程,提供个性化的训练方法,增强感知学习训练的效果.文章在研究了对比敏感度评价指标的基础上,定义了识别率和平均反馈时间参数,建立了形觉敏感性三维评价模型,定量的描述了成人弱视患者的视觉缺损程度和感知学习训练效果,并根据弱视病因机制和感知学习特点提出了基于形觉敏感性评价的成人弱视优化方法.优化方法为更好的治疗成人弱视提供了切实可行的途径. Through perceptual learning training, adult patients with amblyopia can improve visual ability on contrast sensitivity and visual acuity. In order to optimize the training process, provide personalized training and enhance the effectiveness, based on evaluation of contrast sensitivity model, the average recognition rate and the feedback time parameters are defined in this paper and a three-dimensional form-sensitive evaluation model is built. The Visual impairment and perceptual learning training results are described Quantitatively. According to cause of amblyopia mechanisms and characteristics of the perceptual learning, an optimization training method for adult amblyopia on form-sensitive evaluation model is proposed. Based on the model, the article provides specific optimization method which gives a better practical way to treat adult amblyopia.
