摘要
以新癸酸钴为配位交联剂,通过热压工艺制备了交联丁腈橡胶.运用全反射红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜、示差扫描量热分析、索氏抽提法及拉伸试验对上述交联橡胶的结构及性能进行了表征.结果表明:基于腈基与钴离子间的配位作用,丁腈橡胶/新癸酸钴体系形成交联结构,随热压温度的提高,体系的交联密度随之增加,导致体系的玻璃化转变温度提高,拉伸强度增强.
Abstract: Using cobalt neocaprate powder as a coordination reagent, acrylonitrile-butadlene rubber (NBR) was crosslinked under the heat-pressing process. The structure and performance of the crosslinked NBR were characterized by FTIR, SEM, DSC, Soxhelt extraction and tensile test, respectively. The results indicated that a crosslinked structure was formed in the acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber/cobalt neocaprate system based on the coordination interaction between nitrile groups and cobalt ions. The crosslinking density of the system increased with increasing heat-pressing temperature. This induced the increase of glass transition temperature and the improvement of tensile strength.
