摘要
阐述了排粉机叶轮热态、冷态防磨技术存在的问题,以及排粉机叶轮陶瓷防磨需要解决的关键技术问题,认为电厂排粉机叶轮防磨采用镶嵌、粘贴复合式耐磨陶瓷可以最大限度解决叶轮防磨出现的各种弊端,通过实践证明该种方法可以延长排粉机叶轮的使用寿命。
The paper discussed the problems in wear prevention technique of pulverized coal exhauster impellor in hot and cold condition and some keys to needing to solve in ceramics wear prevention technique for impellor. The actual cases showed that embedded and sticky compound type abrasion - resistant ceramics can promote greatly the abrasion - resistant of impellor while overcoming some problems mentioned above.
