长白猪甘露聚糖结合凝集素的分离纯化 被引量：1

摘要 对猪血清用PEG-6000进行预处理后,用甘露聚糖结合凝集素-Sepharose4B亲和柱亲和层析,获得纯化的猪MBL样品。然后进行还原性的10%SDS-PAGE电泳,测定分子量与纯度。得到纯化的猪血清MBL分子有3种单体,分子量分别为33kDa、36kDa和56kDa。表明猪血清中MBL是以多聚体形式存在,而且具有糖基化位点。本研究为进一步研究猪MBL的生物学特性提供了基础。
