福建省某鸡场粪肠球菌耐药情况调查 被引量:4

摘要 选取粪肠球菌为指示菌,经过PCR方法进行鉴定,采用美国临床实验室标准委员会(NCCLS)推荐的肉汤微量稀释法的规范进行操作,测定从福建某鸡场分离的98株粪肠球菌的MIC值。试验结果显示:该场分离的粪肠球菌对土霉素、红霉素、氯霉素、环丙沙星的耐药率依次是95.8%、88.8%、63.3%、53.1%,都表现出较高的耐药率,对万古霉素和氨苄西林较为敏感,耐药率分别为0%和6.1%。
