摘要
目的探讨可吸收螺钉治疗膝后交叉韧带胫骨附着点骨折有的价值。方法回顾性分析从2003年开始在我科治疗的15例采用可吸收螺钉固定膝后交叉韧带胫骨附着点骨折患者的临床资料。结果术中无断钉，术后切口无感染、无瘘道形成。优13例，良2例，优良率迭100％。结论膝后交叉韧带胫骨附着点骨折采用可吸收螺钉固定效果满意。
Objective To discuss the value of absorbable bolt on fracture at tibial attachment point of posterior cruciate ligament. Methods Fifteen clinical data of fracture at tibial attachment point of posterior cruciate ligament were analysed. Results Infection and fistula formation were not ocurred after surgery. The superior was 13 cases, the good was 2 cases and fine rate was 100%. Conclusions The effect of absorbable bolt treating fracture at bitial attachment point of posterior cruciate ligament is satisfied.
