血浆脑利钠肽水平与原发性高血压左室肥厚的关系

The relationship of plasma level of brain natriuretic peptide and left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with essential hypertension

目的探讨原发性高血压患者血浆脑利钠肽的水平(BNP)以及与左心室肥厚的关系。方法采用电化学发光法测定32例高血压患者无左室肥厚(NLVH组)、30例高血压患者伴左室肥厚(LVH组)、30例血压正常的健康成人(健康对照组)血浆BNP浓度。采用多普勒超声心动图检查并计算左室重量指数(LVMI),观察BNP水平与LVMI的相关性。结果LVH组BNP水平明显高于NLVH组及健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而NLVH组也高于健康对照组(P<0.01)。BNP水平与LVMI呈正相关(r=0.64,P<0.01)。结论BNP水平可以反映原发性高血压患者左室肥厚状况。

Objective To investigate the relationship of plasma level of brain natriuretic peptide （BNP） and left ventricular hypertrophy （LVH） in patients with essential hypertension. Methods The plasma level of BNP was measured with electrochemiluminescenee immunoassay method in 32 hyper- tensive patients without left ventricular hypertrophy （LVH） （NLVH group）, 30 patients with essen- tial hypertension with LVH （LVH group）, and 30 healthy adults （control group）. Doppler echocar- diography was employed to determine left ventricular mass index （LVMI） and observe the correlation of plasma BNP level with LVMI. Results The plasma BNP level was significantly elevated in LVH group than that of NLVH group and control group （P〈0.01）. The plasma BNP level was significantly higher in NLVH group than that of control group （P〈0.01）. BNP level was positively correlated with LVMI in hypertensive patients with LVH （r= 0.64, P〈0.01）. Conclusion BNP level may reflex the degree of left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with essential hypertension.
