透明质酸钠关节内注射治疗老年人膝骨关节炎

Intra-articular Injection of Sodium Hyaluronic Acid for Treatment of Senile Osteoarthritis of Knees

使用高分子透明质酸钠关节内注射治疗老年人膝关节骨关节炎24例28个膝，经一年以上随访，优良率67．9％，有效率89．3％。本文讨论了透明质酸的生理功能、病理学意义及影响疗效的相关因素。认为高分子透明质酸钠关节内注射是治疗老年人膝关节骨关节炎的一种安全、有效的方法。

Twenty - four cases with twenty - eight knees were treated with intra - articular injections of high molecular weight sodium hyalurondc acid (SHP) . The results were excellent in 67.9% andeffective in 89. 3 % for the patientsfollowedup for more than 1 year. The physiologic function of hyaluronic acid and its significance to pathologic change, andthe mechanism of SHP and the correlative factors influencing resultswere also discussed. The authors realized that intra - articularinjection of SHP for the treatment of senile osteo - arthritis of knees was oneof the safe and effective methods.
