滇池流域属水资源贫乏地区,城市雨水综合利用不失为缓解缺水、减免内涝的一个好途径。城市雨水利用条件已经成熟,通过尽快制定城市雨水利用规划和一系列法律法规,建设完善的雨水收集利用系统,必将推动滇池流域城市雨水综合利用的快速有效发展。
