综述了酱油酿造废水的来源与特点,酱油废水的处理方法,酱油酿造工艺废物的回收与利用方法。
The source and characteristics of wastewater from soy sauce production is summarized. The methods on treating the wastewater from soy sauce production are introduced as well as the recycling and utilization methods of wastes from the producing process.
