结合水污染事件发生的原因及特点、应急水质监测的特点和原则、存在问题,提出境内河流、湖库出现突发性水污染事件情况下,应树立水量水质统一监测意识,成立应急监测组织,制订应急水质监测预案,建立污染物排放档案,改变现有监测方式,分析预测污染趋势,出具水污染事件调查报告,进行水污染事件应急水质监测。

The reasons resulting to water pollution and the pollution characteristics are introduced. The present problems on water quality emergent accident monitoring are analyzed. The monitoring team and the emergent schedule and pollutants discharge files should be set up firstly. To change trend are important. Finally, the investigation report on water present monitoring style and to analyze the pollution pollution accident should be wrote and submitted.
