摘要
目的探讨小儿眼眶区血管瘤的治疗方法,总结平阳霉素注射治疗小儿眼眶区血管瘤的临床治疗经验。方法随访分析1995年6月至2007年1月收治的177例小儿眼眶区血管瘤病例,年龄最小者2月,最大者12岁。全部病例均行平阳霉素瘤体注射治疗。结果随访8月～12年,治愈162例(91.53%),有效15例(8.47%),无效0例(0%)。结论平阳霉素注射治疗小儿眶区血管瘤,具有经济、有效、美容的特点,值得推广。
Objective To explore the curative effects of pingyangrnycin on hemangioma in children＇s orbital region. Methods Follow-up surveys were made to analyze the curative effects of pingyanglnycin on hemangioma in children＇s orbital region. All these 177 cases were treated from June, 1995 to January 2007. Results The 8- month-to-12-year follow-up surveys showed that 162 cases（91.53%） were cured and 15 cases（8.47%） got some curative effects. Conclusion Pingyanglnycin can be used to effectively treat hemangioma in children＇s orbital region.
