Mechanisms of Hemorrhagic Transformation in Acute Cerebral Infarction

摘要 随着动脉溶栓的广泛开展,出血性转化的危险因素和发生机制引起了广泛关注。出血性转化是动脉溶栓最危险并发症。对出血性转化机制的认识从宏观到微观,最终归咎于血管壁结构或功能的破坏。相关的机制包括氧化应激反应、白细胞浸润和炎症反应、血管反应,以及细胞外基质降解等。 With the wide development of intra-arterial thrombolysis, the risk factors and the occurrence mechanism of hemorrhagic transformation have drawn great attention. Hemorrhagic transformation is the most dangerous complication of intra-arterial thrombolysis. The understanding of the occurrence mechanism of hemorrhagic transformation from macroscopic to microscopic, it is attributed ultimately to the destruction of vascular wall structure or function. The related mechanisms include oxidative stress reaction, leukocyte infiltration and inflammatory reaction, vascular reaction, and extracellular proteolysis.
