摘要
炉箅子是高炉热风炉的重要部件之一,对热风炉的热效率及寿命有着很大的影响。据此,对热风炉炉箅子的功能及特点进行了分析,并对不同的炉箅子材质性能进行了比较,为不同型式的热风炉合理选择炉箅子提供了依据。
The oven grill is one of the important parts of the hot blast stove in blast furnace, that has a great influence on the thermal efficiency and working life of the hot blast stove. In view of the above, this paper analyses the function and characteristic of oven grill of the hot blast stove, and makes a comparison of the material performance between different kinds of oven grill. Moreover it provides the basis for reasonable selection of oven grill in different kinds of hot blast stove.
